Return & Repair Policy
We ask that you please inspect your order within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept claims for missing items from your order after the 14-day period. Below are our guidelines for returns & repairs.
- If you receive a damaged item please email us the invoice # corresponding to the item along with a photo of the damaged item. We will then issue you a Return Authorization.
- All returns & repairs require a Return Authorization and will not be accepted without one.
- We will gladly provide a call tag for damaged items that have been reported within 14 days of receipt.
- Once the damaged item is received, a repair/replacement will be sent back to you or a credit will be applied to your account to go towards your next order.
- Repair for items up to 180 days from receipt is possible. A call tag will not be issued and return-shipping fees will be applied. Once we receive the damaged items our team will inspect the piece and determine if a repair fee will be applied.
- Damaged items that are past 180 days from receipt will have a repair fee to be determined once the item is received and shipping fees will be applied.
- There is no warranty for damaged items due to from normal wear.
