At Mishky we care about how we do things. Take a look and find out why!
For us it is important to give back to the most vulnerable communities in our country. That is why Mishky constantly works with foundations that support different causes throughout Colombia. Among which is Casa en el Árbol, which promotes financial education for for single mothers in low-income sectors across Colombia and the 8 Abrazos Foundation, which supports young people fighting cancer through different resources and activities. Being able to effect change in our communities through working with these organizations is something that inspires us to grow every day!
In addition to our support for foundations across Colombia, we also value the importance of promoting art and how it can be used to enact change. This is why we recently started a collaboration with the incredible artist Maria Thereza Negreiros in conjunction with the Tertulia Museum in Cali Colombia, with the aim of raising awareness of the deforestation and forest burning campaigns being conducted in the Amazon rainforest every day. We feel that using our platform to voice this issues is important to create a better world for tomorrow
As a company we are also constantly looking for ways to reduce our environmental footprint and create a sustainable and healthy business. This is why we have recently redesigned our packaging. We have completely eliminated the use of plastic, switched to biodegradable materials and completely redesigned our packaging to make it reusable and safer for the environment.
Mi Mama Para Mi is our oldest social responsibility program and has been linked to our DNA since the founding of our company more than ten years ago. Through this program, we have been able to help hundreds of single mothers in the most vulnerable parts of our country. Through the recruitment and training of single mothers we have been able to support families in their search for a better life. Click here to learn more
